The official LiveWire launch took place in the Cornerhouse Gallery 1 on 31st October 2003. It unveiled various interactive works made by young people who had taken part in a selection of LiveWire taster workshops during the previous week.

The young people worked over five days to create a selection of origami, animation and film, which was brought together in an interactive exhibition. Everyone from young people to artists, youth services workers and teachers were invited to join in the fun. We even had a special visit from Tilda Swinton who recently starred as the White Witch in The Chronicles of Narnia.
