The Manchester band ‘Oceansize’ gave their song ‘Paper Champion’ to LiveWire to create a music video.  Over a series of 9 evening sessions the young people worked with Workshop Leader Mark Haig and Project Assistant Carrie Williams to create the video.  The song is grungy and dark and the young people explored this theme and the lyrics in depth to bring a dark and often surreal music video to the big screen.

The video was shown in the music video section of  exposures, Cornerhouse's annual student film festival in December 2004.  The audience really liked it and the video was chosen again to be screened in the best of the fest! Hurray!

PS spot the weird walking paper man in the vid which you can view on this page :)
