The World of Animation

Using markers and pens, artist Sumit Sarkar guided a small group through the animation process, looking specifically at character creation and development. Participants worked on creating characters, looking at travel and identity and piecing together visual stories using animation software. A music producer helped create an original piece of sound for the animations. Participants were also treated to a special tour around Cosgrove Hall animation studios in Chorlton.
